This little site is put together by just one of the sheep (a simple layman). I don't have any diplomas on the wall or letters after my name. But I do love my Jesus and wonder what He thinks about HIS Church these days. Not the least of which, should be: "where exactly are you leading us anyway?"
What is the Purpose of Church? This little writing addresses a very basic question needed to be answered by all of us who attend church. What is the REAL reason we attend on a weekly or more frequent basis??? Why SHOULD we be attending church?? What is the real purpose of the 'Fivefold Ministry'? You might be surprised at what Bible Scripture says! Is it truly possible to go into a place of Perfection in Christ Jesus in the here and now?? If it is impossible why is it held out as a hope in the Bible? Do we have any idea what the richness of our inheritance truly is? We can pray for revial, cry out for revival, write new songs about revival and we might even say we are in revival. However, there is an essential element which is required in the church if we are ever going to see it in our lifetime.I invite your questions and comments.
