Pioneer Village has 33 senior units including
special handicap facilities and incorporates the Lion's administration offices.

The club owns and operates three separate social housing projects valued in excess of 3 million dollars.
These facilities offer subsidized housing for families and seniors, who through physical disability, income
or other handicap beyond their control, cannot function within the normal market place. Currently there are 39 senior housing units
and 20 family homes with floor plans ranging from 1 bedroom to 4 bedroom.
